Well shot, well acted, in theory a good plot. Hard to hear speech (my hearing is not bad) all sounds a bit muffled. Frustrating to watch like a second rate 'memento' due to the way fast scenes are blended. I like Mr Nolan's work and am a fan but this one is worth a miss. On the edge of greatness but down a hill. Too much of a focus on bland action. Not a sum of it's parts. I am sure the next one will be better and that Covid made this harder for the team and affected the end result.
