Chase Trumbly

Incredibly average… The ending feels like it should be right in the middle. Nothing went anywhere. There wasn’t any satisfying ending, at least for any hard core fans. Just, kinda a movie that happened.

This movie is a lot like a weird fever dream. Super strange and unforgettable but you can’t actually remember a single thing that happened once it’s over. Very hard to rate this movie.

Hey, if you’re someone who likes watching movies to make fun of the dumb characters and plots, then this movie is for you. If you want a great movie, maybe not so much.

To describe this game, the term mediocre hits it right on the head. It’s a Pokémon game so you know what you’re getting in to, and it’s fun like all other Pokémon games. Sadly it has many many flaws. This game is mind numbingly easy. Game freak and the Pokémon company seemed to remove many features instead of adding them, such as having the option to turn off exp share, making the game much easier. The story is very bland and the “evil team” is easily the worst of the entire franchise. We were told that there would be less Pokémon in this game in exchange for a better looking experience with better animations. But what we got was reused animations for a majority of the Pokémon. Probably the best part about this game is the characters, which is sad to say about a Pokémon game. I’d say overall, it doesn’t stray much from the never changing formula, which many are fine with, but the whole game just feels lazy. This franchise NEEDS better animations, voice acting, harder difficulty settings, ANYTHING to mix up the formula. This is probably the worst Pokémon game in the franchise, in my opinion. Side note: the lack of Pokémon size scaling is so apparent in this game, like the games are 3D now, downsizing Pokémon doesn’t cut it anymore, Wailord is massive but appears to be the same size as any small Pokémon in this game...
