Phenomenal story, great characters and awesome animation. Little Maisie Brumble is such a lovely character. The movie is about loyalty, kindness, courage to follow your heart and the guts it takes to question the well established beliefs, attitudes and authority. It's also about the tragedy that stubbornness and pride can bring, and lengths at which desperation can go. Most importantly it's about change and growth that can come, when people stop listening to fear and turn to love instead. I've watched it dozens of times and it's better every time.
