Played this on the PS5. Great storytelling. New enemies and dark corridors created tension everytime I was in a new area. Hearing the signature sounds of clickers always creep me out. The game wasn't too scary though which can become an issue. The gameplay had subtle improvements that refined the game over the original. I didn't like playing as Abby at first but Lev made her story more enjoyable. Once I looked past my hate for the character for what she did, playing as her was just as fun. The gameplay is arguably better playing as Abby. Less stealth and more brute fights. The ending was perfect and stayed true to all of the characters. There are lots of misogynist and transphobic reviews for the game. Ignore them and enjoy the game. Their reviews are not telling of the actual game but of the person playing it. Naughty Dog has mastered the art of story telling within a game.
