Regarding the winter fuel payment why canโt the inland revenue deal with it . If the government capped what u earned at ยฃ50000 a year and u earned that or below your entitled too it if you earn above then you donโt get it . They could pay it at the end of the year through peoples tax as they would know what they earned for the year that would be more fare and not be paying it to millionaires and everyone that doesnโt need it just an idea
