Amazing movie, great acting, story and good music. Rare gem these days from Indian movie industry. I didn't watch the original Tamil movie, but can't imagine it would be better than this. I would rate it higher than Drishyam even in the thriller/suspense genre. Aditya Roy Kapur is my new favourite actor. It seems even rotten tomatoes and imdb ratings can now be manipulated, can't trust anyone these days. I think the people who gave low/negative reviews must have some hidden agenda, ulterior motives. The movie should have been a major hit on the box office, but the manipulation due to false reviews seems to have worked unfortunately.

Movie with depth, great story writing. It’s a rare gem these days in Bollywood. Great acting by whole cast.

The only good thing about this movie is the title song Papa meri Jaan.

Unbearably horrible movie, didn’t know something can be worse than Pathaan, but this is definitely worse. Only Zero might have been worse than this. Terrible message of basically promoting Naxalite type behaviour of being rebels against society. The story writer forgot that citizens themselves elect the government, because the last time I checked India is a democracy and the citizens themselves have chosen their elected representatives. I remember a decade ago, Naseerudin Shah saying in an interview that actors like SRK who have acting talent should do more meaningful cinema and less mass entertainer movies. Well, in the last decade SRK is doing neither and this movie is neither entertaining nor has any meaningful message. I definitely feel now that SRK’s golden period of acting is long over. Miss the good old days when he acted in sensible movies. Never would have imagined someone who acted in movies like Baazigar, Ashoka, Pardes, Swedes, etc. would end up acting in garbage like this. I think he should retire now, rather than ruin his legacy.

One of the best if not the best Hindi movie ever made. It is a complete movie, because it has everything: suspense, romance, action, comedy and the best music track ever from Viju Shah. The acting is great from everyone and the bonus is that the main 3 actors of the movie, i.e. Bobby, Kajol and Manisha all look amazing.

Visually stunning in 3D, hence the 4 stars, but could have been edited to make it shorter by half an hour to keep the pace of the story more fast. Very simple story, story could have had more twists and turns.

Great acting by Sidharth Malhotra. He is great at playing patriotic roles.

Amazing archeological adventure movie rooted in real history. The character of AP was a brilliant idea. Better than most movies coming out of Bollywood these days. History will judge Akshay as the greatest and most patriotic actors ever in India. Don't trust the biased fake reviews by incredulous critics and haters. Some people just cannot digest the fact that Indian civilization and Santana Dharma philosophy is the oldest in this world. Jai Shree Ram!

Amazing fast paced action movie with some undertones of decent comedy. What sets it apart from others and warrants 5 stars is the Japanese background the story is set in and the Buddhist philosophy which is skillfully weaved into the story.
