The Aristotle and Dante sequel has really changed my perspective on life and looking at other people's point of view. To me, the books show how two young men mature and find out more about themselves while facing life's challenges. It spreads awareness of not just homophobia, but also transphobia and racism.
The characters are well developed and were able to make me both cry and laugh. They show that making mistakes is a part of living and to learn from them. I do think that many will relate to the characters and what they will challenge.
The chapters are short and it is an easy, yet captivating read. I never wanted to put it down. I recommend the sequel for people who like LGBTQ+ stories and like poetic language.
