What a winner in life Sly is! I was 12 years old when Rocky first arrived and I was so inspired by this story and man. It got me to become a champion myself in life. I've been through a lot, divorces, cancer, and much more and always kept in the back of my mind the story of Rocky. We are very happy to have him in Palm Beach nowadays. I sell jewelry here on Worth Ave and have seen him in our store. The powers that be don't want me to approach him to praise him because we are discreet here. But I want to tell him how important he is in my life and becoming a champion myself. I'd like to kid him about the $1,600 ring in his first movie he did, where he went back into the store and threatened the sales guy if he ever showed a $1,600 ring to his gf he would beat him up:) A great story of rising up from the ashes...
