Honestly, as a huge family we love this place overall. But today(please note the time posted) there was an employee that was on a crazy power trip! Over the the 3 hours me and my family(over 10 people) were there(roughly 11-2), we witnessed this girl employee RUN at children on the tubes for doubling up apparently? Over and over. Do we not sign waivers to control our own children safely? A mother and her under 1 year old baby!? Did she expect the 10 month old to ride alone? There’s are NO actual rules on people per tube or age or height or weight. It says one at a time. Does that mean one per tube or one per run. Instead of looking for an adult to talk to their own children, this employee apparently talked to them 3 times!? Never looked around or attempted to communicate with an adult over the age of 10. She over the 3 hours gave a lady holding her baby in her arms sh&@ for her not wearing socks. SHE WAS BEING HELD BY THE MOTHER WHO HAD HAD SOCKS FOR HER IN HER HAND! After all of that, she NOT ONCE over the 3+ hours said anything to any children on the Inflatable side that had no grippy socks. I walked by ONCE and saw three. As a mother I was extremely angered and disappointed and know for a fact if I go there to spend $100+ and she is there with the same high and mighty attitude, I will be unable to keep my mouth closed and be kind. She looked and acted like a 16 y/o running the place. It was insane and clearly I needed to write a review. Please train your employees and appreciate the ones that are actually kind and working hard. The last cleaning the tables while we were there today was amazing and very hard working!
