Ghana Girl

I don’t know why but I was totally lost. A lot of it flew over my head which does not usually happen. I like the animation and some parts but I admit I didn’t get it. Will watch again and pay more attention.

I don’t know the first episode was pretty interesting enough to watch the second. By the second one I started thinking that some stories should be left alone. The acting is kinda believeable but they ruined the characters in my oppion by trying to be “political” if your going to change any of the main characters sexual orientation it should have definitely been Isabel. Hey IJS it’s like becoming a cliche in these stories. Any who I may watch the rest of it one day. It can not touch the original. But nice try.

I must say I didn’t expect to like this series so much. The relationship was crazy but what would you expect from a monkey lol. I like how an old tale was made current keeping in mind the characteristics of the Monkey King. It was great. The friendd/enemy chemistry was hilarious and cute. The comedy was great. The characters were easy to like. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

It took me a while to watch it as I am not into anything that could be a sappy romantic movie but it was so good. This is currently on my list of top favorites. From a production background I loved the sets and wardrobe. How much did it cost - wow! The characters were great! Most of them anyway. You have love, drama, haters, war. Oh man I thought my eyes would pop out watching hours of it back to back. What like 60 episodes? I really enjoyed this one. I loved the uncle and of course The Phoenix! The love story was so cute it really made me smile. The plot and plot twist were excellent and the ending was satisfying. I watched a few episodes over it was so good. Not to bloody and not to much nudity or explicit sex scenes so the artistic side allows you to imagine what you can’t see. Loved it!
