A fascinating portrayal of what compells human behaviour while continually begging the question, "what is love?" West and Wilson are captivating as two flawed people who believe they have found in each other respite from their respective dissatisfaction, with disastrous consequences. West's character is immensely drawn - a man with an ego who realises it and battles it but utimately gives in to it, while Wilson is equally mesmerising as "the other woman" who we know we should despise but dont. The series shows the complexities and layers of human character and life in a way that toys with our judgement while beckoning our empathy. There are many more than two sides to a story; we are left with the impression that they are limitless.
