Just, why?
No common thread. Each sceen a separate start of a story which goes... with what? Acting team looks up into the sky, and "hold" position, repeatedly...leading to what? Hurricane, rain, wind...go out and patrol with what....not a hat, jacket, poncho, no first aide gear and NO desire. Was this in theaters?
