After the nostalgic love for a childhood adventure story disappears (around the 35 minute mark) you’re left holding on for something good to happen. Which continues until the credits roll. A failed attempt to bring back the glory days, a poorly planned, plot thin catalog of errors. With a twist so extremely poorly conceived, that asks so much of the audience to accept, you are only left asking yourself how you got suckered again by this franchise. Save the price of admission for a Disney+ subscription and feel good about turning it off half way through.
