The most horrible customer service. I purchased a pair of heels and received the pair a week ago. I have some comfort issue so wanted to return that.
As there is no direct option to return, so you have to raise the concern through email.
It's been 5 days since I have sent the email, and there is no response from the Woodland team.
The don't even care if someone is waiting for their response.
I ordered 2 pairs and received only one. Another one has been cancelled because of the stock unavailability.
I haven't received any refund for that cancelled product also.
Pathetic service so far. Don't trust and buy online.
This is the first time I purchased something online from Woodland.
