I very much enjoy this show for great recipes, easy tips, and guest chefs. The cast is also engaging, with the exception of Sunny Anderson, who is annoying and obnoxious. Each cast member shares a comedic, silly side now and then, but Sunny tries way too hard and is loud. If I hear her say, "Know what I'm Sayin", more than a few times, I have to turn the show off. She is rude at times, and hard for me to watch.
