Norm Bour -Travel Younger

Like the rest of the reviewers, I say, also, “remarkable.” It was so touching, so real that I was also brought to tears. If EVER we feel one person cannot impact others, this proves that is not so.

This movie is better than it out to be…considering how absurd and far fetched it is. But the special effect of the doll is impressive, as is the script which is smartly written. Megan is smart of course, but also street smart and savvy, and understands nuances of people, it seems. The main lead, of course, was not so brilliant in her own life, nor understanding the danger she caused—until it was almost too late. It’s not all gore and “jump out of the dark,” and worth 1.5 hours of your time.

I just finished watching it for the second time, and even though I knew a lot of what was to come, it was just as good. Outstanding writing, good pacing and acting, along with the cinematography. I am not a "western" lover, but this one, especially with the women run town, was so unique. I highly recommend it.

I liked it a lot more than I thought I would. The stories all intersect and eventually the Truth is discovered, but the ending leaves no resolve, which is unfortunate. It really DOES require a second season.

This is a movie I wanted to love more than I really did, especially because of the reviews and I always like the premise about justice and overcoming corruption and the “good guys” winning. I get the whole “non-violence” idea, and I respect that, but it sounded hollow…Terry is fighting a squad of police outside the station with, what- beanbag guns? The bad cops suddenly find Jesus and leave him and Summer get to safety? The acting is good, and it DOES take you up and down through various states of tension, and has us wondering, “what now?” Many will say it’s a PG Rambo, and it is, but while Rambo was totally over the top, this is the opposite and not as exciting. With all that said, it’s still a thumbs up and I recommend it. Maybe a second viewing is in store, but possibly not…

Wow, I had no idea what the movie was truly about except for Fraser wearing a fat suit. The movie unfolded like a play, which makes sense since it started as one, and the honestly and pain were difficult to watch and had me wondering if the film would have a happy ending—however that is defined. Be ready for a heavy story which may leave you shaken and sad, but uplifted at the same time.

NOT a great movie, but 5 stars still since it IS a feel good movie and is mostly factual. I read the "real story," and some liberties were taken, but overall they stayed true. Hilary Swank ALWAYS comes through, and here she's a "never take no for an answer" woman, whereas the hubby is a typically prideful man who has a hard time receiving help. THis will probably show up as a Christmas Holiday movie down the line.

I am just finishing up the second viewing of his show, and I finally just as compelling and entertaining as the first time around! Even if you are not a chess lover, the writing and the acting is brilliant.

I thought the show was terrific from the very first minute. Assuming that everything that they portrayed was true, you almost couldn't make this stuff up! The acting was superb, especially Wyatt and Ike, and I had no idea that the gunfight had such deep ramifications. It met all my attention.
