I am a big fan of the original Perry Mason series. Knowing it is being beought into the new century, I anticipated changes and even welcomed them. The changes dont make sense. Original Perry was aharp and two ateps ahead of everyone. He wasnt married, a drinker, a father. Why did they have to turn him into a degenerate bum? Its too far off the rails. I dont understand Della or Paul's roles either. Nope. Disappointed.
