the game is good, the customer service/tech support is absolutely horrible so i will be leaving this game. god couldn't help you with these people if you needed help fixing an issue. the launch of this game was built around free and easy transfers in the beginning. I was bugged and every single report I have made has been responded to by copy paste robots with ZERO interest in actually helping me. and now that the transfers cost money, the servers popped back up on my transfer list, but one i have to pay money to transfer now, and two i have to wait TWENTY FIVE days to even use it if i did buy it.
