If I were to have a written a book this year, I would have wanted to have written this one. I love the way our entire food system, our environment, our cultures, and our practices are all swirled around and then pulled together into one beautiful picture. I would recommend this book for practitioners as it has a great deal of well researched information that can be used to help guide and inspire not only our clients but ourselves. I do believe there will also be clients that would enjoy the personal down to earth style of the writing and would benefit from exploring the ideas of what sustainability can look like and how we can all practice being better stewards of not only our personal “plate” but the entire world in a more general sense.
There is a lovely balance of science and heart in this book. I would recommend it for the NANP 360 book choices.
