When I first saw the promo for Mr. and Mrs. Smith, the first thing I thought was "another show I won't be watching." I saw the movie and thought it would be just a take off of the Brad and Angelina gig but I am so pleased to be wrong. This show is one of the best television show's that I've watched in quite some time. While I enjoyed the action sequences, the thing that truly brought me in was the relationship between John (Donald) and Jane (Maya). The performances that they executed really put the viewer of being the position of suddenly being married to a complete stranger that you HAVE to trust with your life. To those who gave it one star reviews, I personally believe they wanted Brad and Angie and frankly I am pleased that they didn't get it. The performances that they gave made it feel natural that John and Jane fell for each other. It's rare that I get feel a emotional attachment to TV characters but this is one instance where I truly grieved at the conclusion of episode 8.
