If you love a movie that carries its story on atmosphere alone, you just might love this one. I think a lot of people might feel duped because it is stated as a horror which it most certainly is not. The pace is to slow though. And a bit more narrative around what is actually going on would have helped enormously. The main character is quire a good actress and this is what carries a rather meaningless movie. It reminds me a bit of the movie Skinamarink, although not as good. I give it three stars, mainly for that great atmosphere and a good music score. So go on, give it a go. But be warned, it won't appeal to a wide audience.

Slow burn to say the least. Very good effects and lighting. Brad Pitt goes on a mission to save the world while at the same time hoping to reconnect with his father whom he believes is dead. At the end of watching the movie there is a feeling of dissatisfaction, with one too many psych evaluations and more than one too many soul searches. Brad Pitt puts in a fine performance but this alone is not enough to make this a good movie.
