I almost didn’t want to see this, because I loved The Talented Mr Ripley, but I’m so glad I did! It’s Spellbinding, by its exquisite, sumptuous cinematography! I was enthralled, loved every second, even though at first I was upset it was in B&W, because Italy is so colorful and beautiful, I wanted to see it in color. But the B&W made it more intriguing I think. The location, and photography was the star, but it’s a great story, the acting is suburb.
