Frankly talking, violence in a marriage life is a NO NO. But the conclusion to split at a drop of a hat will leave 100% of the families in only divorce. Imagine every husband divorcing his wife because of ill-treatment. Like Tapsee says, "Woh mujhe nahi maar saktha!". This could be even a man telling. No wonder people are divorcing at a drop of the hat. The director/producer are trying to justify divorce as the only option for domestic violence (even a single slap in fit of rage), they are giving out a wrong message. All the actors in the movie are paid for their role, so no faults with them. A father who supports daughter, a mother-in-law open endorses daughter-in-law, an uncaring father-in-law and career minded husband. Picturing a maid servant to be typically a wife of abusive husband. A divorcee neighbor and a lawyer who is subjected herself to a disrespectful husband. It is insane to expect such people to uphold a lovely husband wife relationship. Watch it fun and don't take it seriously.
