I would score lower if possible, I knew I shouldn’t have booked with greyhound especially knowing how they are with customer service… always terrible. I recently made a mistake in canceling a ticket that I thought was for a different trip definitely my bad on that part. Repurchased the ticket within seconds and tried to call to receive a refund because now I paid double the price for a little accident. After waiting at least 30 mins to talk to someone I was then told that it was just impossible somehow to help me in this situation which I honestly feel sounds really weird, same ticket, same time, nothing changed there was just a accident any other business would have had the care to help in the situation I just find it ridiculous that this company is never willing to do the right thing there is no integrity in this company all they care about is money and I know for a fact this will be my last time booking with them.
