This latest *update/bug fix* is dumb. It litterally cut my damage in half dude. It wasn't a bug, it was a multiplier of a certain number. Say I have a shotgun that does x6 damage and cold shoulder adds 7, plus it's legendary so you get the Pic. HELLA MOD SLOTS. So they changed it to a percentage which is WAY LOWER. plus messed alot of other stuff up imo. Not playing anymore...
