Disappointing and Poorly Executed
I recently watched this movie on an airplane with my non-Persian boyfriend, hoping to share the rich Iranian culture mixed with comedy. Initially, I was excited, but this turned out to be one of the worst movies I've ever seen.
The storyline is weak and lacks direction. The actors, in my opinion, were unconvincing and seemed inexperienced. What I anticipated to be a delightful cultural experience turned into a major letdown.
Overall, I was very disappointed with my choice and wouldn't recommend this movie to anyone. It should be removed from the airline's list.
