If I could give LESS I would!! I NEVER write reviews but I am now bc this place has racked me up almost $100 in NSF fees AFTER the account was cancelled!! 1st after I thought the account was closed and cancelled they take it upon themselves to swap my service from a month to month to a yr and charge me $89.99 then I reach and and said this account was closed so you had no right or approval to swap a closed account from monthly to yearly then after I am told AGAIN my account is closed I get hit with 2 more NSF fees for some $38 dollar charge which isn’t the monthly or yearly fee on an account they have been told over 5 times verbally and in writing to close and STOP sending transactions to my bank account and all Louis my rep keeps saying when I am asking for my late fees is they will cont to try to charge my account even through its closed until it settles and they get that $$ then they can open me a ticket for a refund on the total amount BULL CRAP they trying to get the $38 then will say they don’t do refunds plus why would u keep charging me just to refund me??? I AM ABOUT TO CALL A LAWYER IF THEY SEND 1 more trans to my bank acct!! I am going to bank to change debit card and bank acct ACH info!! Do not use these people u will regret it!!
