I hope the book is as good as the CBC radio interview I just listened to suggests. If so, I hope to find a copy somewhere for free after the publicity blitz ends, because, as a book reviewer in Canada for forty years my pension is not sufficient to afford the purchase price. (And by the way, the USA is NOT America! AMERICA IS A CONTINENT! NORTH. CENTRAL. SOUTH. I wish the CBC would stop promoting Yankee books at Canadian taxpayers expense)
