Entertained the whole way through. Give it a watch if you don't want something too dramatic or too thrilling, but just enough to keep you engaged. The story is a 'what-if' type situation all the way through--"What if Bill transfers his consciousness into a robot body while he is still alive and then...there will be TWO Bills!" Know what I mean? It is delightful in its silliness, and Keanu is always a joy; his earnestness is enough for me to sit through a sub-par sci-fi with a happy ending. Probably won't watch it again, but I don't regret watching it the first time.
