I used to watch the show as a child but bought the full series in 2024 and LOVE THE SHOW ... You have to get pass the rubbish of pc today and seat back and watch yes it's racist and very rude and absolutely no way would it be viewed on TV today BUT same as Benny Hill Dick Emery Dave Allen etc etc Get over it seat back and have a laugh BLOODY FUNNY A BIT OF TRIVA.... Back in the 70's racism was really out there and this was the first time 2 Black actors were also stars of the show Also Jack Smethurst after the show ended he found it hard to get work ended up working in a florist Also Harry Driver one of the writers died age 42yrs old

Absolutely look forward to seeing every Friday... Crazzzy never thought I'd be watching a program like this I highly recommend especially gives you an idea on how much homes are especially in the country

I was living in Sydney at the time of release and went to the drive-inn's I was in my early 20's and I loved the move and still do I have it on Bluray I watch THE BIG STEAL at least 3 times a year awesome Australian comedy great cast awesome storyline just a nice feel good movie that the whole family can enjoy
