Ah, the AMC movie pass, makes you thankful you have it when you didn’t waste money on a mess of a movie such as this one. I counted 7 who exited the theater at some point only to never return. Let’s start off with the plot which seems to drag with cheesy dialogues as it’s filler. The acting seems so forced that it’s cringe and annoying at some parts. Kate is the only character in this film with good acting. The rest seem like they are trying to score an audition. Glen Powell who portrays Tyler comes off as arrogant, cocky and annoying (his usual role). It’s almost as if we see a country version of his scream queens character. The plot logically makes no sense at times such as the ground stakes working to hold down a pick up truck from being blown away. All while we see much heavier structure blown away like paper. The movie towards the end starts to spark interest hence the 3 stars and takes a science fiction kind of route. Overall bore.
