In my 40+ years I have never walked out of a movie before. This was the one. GRATING is the best word I can think of. I really wanted to like it, really. But I was the only one in the entire theater and they hadn't even bothered with all the usual commercials while waiting for show time - blank, silent white screen! That should have been a hint. I made it 45 minutes before deciding life is too short to sit through that. So grating. Thankfully it was $5 day, so I didn't feel as bad for leaving and wasting money. The few reviews suggesting pergatory are interesting and I may try it again at home when it's available. But don't spend full price ticket money on this one, no matter how much you want to like it.
