Perfect adaptation, you can still see the shadows of game of thrones in it, especially the part where they shows how Yennifer came to be a powerful wizard mirrors the Kaleesi and the battle at the end of the season mirrors the battle of winterfell. All being said,it is still watchable and the lore is fun to be explored.
