This movie feels like the comics, any bad reviews are by a bunch of nonliterates who obviously have only watched the del Toro versions and not actually read the source material. I loved the moody aspects of this flick, i had a blast watching it, Im watching it again right now and its just as good the second time around! Cast is great, dialogue is perfect for where its setting is (appalachia) haters gonna hate i guess but the poor reviews of this movie are totally not deserved, I seriously hope they make more movies like this. The guy playing Hellboy does a great job, hes not Ron Perlman and that is just fine cause this guy kicks ass in the role. Thank you Mignola and company for this gift, I am recommending to all my friends

I just watched this and was not impressed. Noticably glove like rubber hands on the predator and a botched face sculpt for starters, the mask was cool, and that was it. CGI animals are terribly done, hands down the WORST of all the predator films. Fight scenes had some cool moments but were unrealistic after watching the predator in action for the previous 6 movies. Bad decisions played a big part in what ruined what could have been a really good period piece. I was intrigued by the concept, but not with the final product. Maybe next time guys
