CRAP!! Think Godfather 3! Never thought I would see Denzel so poorly casted. I hope he’s ok financially because he’s one of the greatest to ever do it but his casting and acting in this movie was like watching his character in Training Day or Frank Lucas being transported back to Ancient Rome. Just dumb!

Garbage. Can’t believe this movie won best picture over AQOTWF! Can’t believe Jaime Lee won over Angela Basset. This was a nod to Hollywood Royalty and forced diversity. The only true winner of the big 4 acting awards was Brendan Fraser. Poor Angela! She got screwed all because Will Smith couldn’t take a joke!

Great movie. Tom Hanks just doesn’t make bad movies. The cast was believable in their roles and the message while somewhat Pollyanna speaks to issues of mental health, community, and suicide that should not be lost
