As the series started I was super impressed with the cinematography, background sound, editing and performances right from the first episode. The story amazes the mind and you can’t leave it half way. It builds on so much curiosity and the Nolanish kind of storytelling makes you hooked on to it.
Dark, is a journey of your mind through time. It will take you to places and as you witness the different times, the characters - their intentions, their actions, all of them will confuse you. The plot is mesmerising and the way in which the makers have paid attention to details in every scene is worth applauding. Baran bo Obdar geniusly tells you the story till the end, the end is epic and perhaps all your questions will get answered by then.
The casting is fantabulous and it deserves acknowledgement. The music is the best part, it is set to hook you on. The cinematography is artsy in every frame.
Tips: a pen and paper will help you to do your own analysis as you progress (yes it leads you doing all that). By end of season 2 and mid of season 3, your brain would have taken a 360 degree ride, but just stay with the plot.
