I see This movie about throwing out expectations that life chokes us with & getting back to BASICS - REDISCOVERING REAL PASSION for whatever it is you loved doing ‘just because’... & in this case, he’s bringing his young son along on that journey - they are discovering each other as well. The movie is authentic in every way b/c Jon Favreau did they work’ (w/ help & insistence of Chef Roy Chiu) to learn the skills so REAL chefs like the movie also - .. that’s BIG!

Watched it back when it came out, have forgotten it. I’m not in to scary movies, this was a murder/mystery with good plot & characters. Brad, Gwyneth, Morgan .. all acted well & it was an ugly but gripping, intense story. I was rooting for him/them to catch the bad guy AND foil any more destruction of life

I was BLOWN AWAY .. the actors .acting, the story .. we knew he had challenges, wondered why he got married to Rebate ... What view be away the MIST was the interweaving of his meteoric rise to super stardom & the agonizing life he was living ... the healing journey he did at rehab helped him heal his inner child & learn to love himself/stand up & out up healthy boundaries ... THIS is the real work of life & why the caring, giving person he is was able to come out & shine ... BRAVO 👏 IGOTT
