I was a dedicated Republican for almost 50 years until Mr Trump was elected President. From the beginning of his run for office I questioned his integrity and his commitment to the Constitution which he swore to uphold and defend. As a military officer I took my oath seriously and I expected him to do so. Rankin has explained in detail and easy to understand language what the Jan 6th impact was and is to our country and democracy as a whole. My fear is that Trump will, if elected, would not support our constitution again. I highly recommend this book to anyone who cares about our future!
