Posting bawling my eyes out after episode 8. What a drama! What a brilliant cast! I know some people are disspointed because they took the GL element out. But, as a queer myself, I'd tell you this drama doesnt need it. If you are avoiding this magnificent piece of a show because of it. then you are missing out big time!

Welcome to Samdal-ri is by far my favourite show that is currently airing. As someone who loves Shin Hye Sun's work this is like a treat for me. It's most relatable and picks the beauty of country side life. To people leaving negative reviews, you either haven't watched her work before or you don't understand good acting at all. Please go back to watching My Demon and leave this drama alone for us please.

I was one of those people who were waiting for this drama to be released! I know Song Kang isn't great with his acting but I expected a lot of humour and a different touch. Oh boy! I was dead wrong!!! The drama is just built around looks, cuteness and cliche romance. I pushed past 4 episodes but I still couldn't seem to like it. "May be I am out of it" I thought. I genuinely wanted to like the show, so I watched more. Needless to say, I got bored real quick and I am so done with it. Same old trops and not the "We are destined to be together ever since Joseon dynasty" please. People who goes head over heel for MD seriously needs to watch some good shows. In short, Bad Acting, Meh Chemistry, Weak Plot, Alot of Song Kang!

This Drama was soooooooo good..

Here is the unpopular opinion!!! IT'S JUST AN AVERAGE DRAMA!!! For people who are going head over heals over this drama, WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU! Story line is as good as any other average Rich CEO falling for poor girl drama. No major elements. There is no scope for serious acting cz the whole take is on comedy hence I would ignore Yoon-ah and her meh acting. Junho was probably the only breath of fresh air but the suits in every frickin scene is basically hurting my eyes at this point. Since the plot is just a one liner they added stories for the side character which is again SO COMMON! Bad married life and hoobae falling for sunbae! Wow, no one thought about it! People who are comparing this average of a show with the prior legend of shows needs to get their eyes checked! In nutshell, you wont miss a thing if you decided to skip the drama. You might actually save 16 hrs.

The female lead spoils it for me. Her acting is SO BAD!!!! Like, who in the fricking world would react like the way she does. Her expressions were way way way over!!! Despite me trying to rationalize with the whole acting I COULDN'T find one reason why should I like her acting. All she had to do to change her fate was to go to a salon straighten the hair and put on some makeup!!!!!???? Wahhhh!!!!!! All the while when she was struggling to find a Job she never thought about it??? She could've landed in a much better job with better pay. The only eye candy is as usual Park Seojoon. He does what is asked out of him.The Plot was cliche I could still live. PS: No words about second lead.

SPOILER ALERT!!!! I loved loved loved this show!!!! From the beginning I was rooting for Fire Fighters and Athletes so I was okay either of them winning. Soldiers attitude sucked from the beginning. The way they acted like they are above everyone and the nasty attitude raged others. Throwing fire extinguisher was heights! They were blinded by their strength which they assumed is not a match for others but they sucked big time. MinSeon is soooooo good! She single handedly took care of the wood chopping game!!! Recommend 💯

I dont know how people are giving 5 stars to this trash of a show. The plot is basic which I could still live with. But the acting! Jesus Christ, IT WAS SOOOOOO BAD! I could barely sit through 3 episodes and decided to never watch it. The FML was bulging her eyes out, fighting with everyone THROUGHOUT! Like what the hell??? Take a chill fricking pill Lady! Cam the eff down and please dont act anymore.
