For Arrow-verse fans this is a great movie, it is centered around super-heroes, dystopian world and minority policing and family values.
Yes, there is not much personality development or actually any for any one beside the lead character, but is action filled, fast paced and enjoyable. It is like an extended episode of DC show without most of the origin story.
