I hadn't watched the T-1 and the T-2, but this Terminator Dark Fate was understandable although it's a direct sequel to the T-2. I especially love Grace (Mackenzie Davis). She's a soldier who comes from the future to protect Dani. She doesn't care about anything else but Dani's safety. It's very fascinating to see the strong female character because most of the time the powerful hero is male. Well, not this movie. Each of the female characters is making a wonderful team together to fight against the Rev-9, showing their strengths. Being a woman doesn't matter. What matters is just being yourself. The writer of this movie, James Cameron said in the interview that he wanted to see the harmony between the machine and human, and I think the concept is well defined throughout the movie, considering how Carl turned out like that and how Grace became an augmented soldier. I enjoyed the movie overall and went to the cinema four times to see this one. I'm going to see it once more next week! It will be amazing if there's a sequel to this terminator movie, so my fingers are crossed.
