The National Park Service has owned ALL the land and mineral rights to the Kennicott Mines since June 1998. Never mentioned in the series. The old man had no authority or right to any of the Kennicott Mine property, so how did he plan to on opening the mine to private enterprise when he had no authority to do so? Heck, he was trespassing on property of the U.S. government!?!? 🤔
