Good game when it works, which is very rarely. Most everything is locked behind pay wall DLC's(34 as of August 2022, and they add more every year). Also, if you just so happen to have a problem with any of the DLCs the customer support team will not help you and will interrogate you on what you did wrong. The game is always buggy and the Sims Team refuses to fix anything or listen to it's players on what they want. Don't even get me started on the EA app. If you purchase the Sims 4 and want to play it on anything but console and mac, you will need the EA app. The EA app looks like and functions like it was made by a 3rd grader learning code. The application does not work majority of the time, so you just don't get to play the game that you bought DLC's for. Overall, I don't recommend downloading even if it is free now.
