Do not walk and do not wait for it to come on your TV set...RUN and see this film. Do NOT listen to Roger Ebert who feels above the material and execution. He is wrong. You will find yourself laughing, crying, sympathizing, thinking, wishing and hoping throughout this gem. The performances are stellar, especially the young boy lead, Roman Griffin Davis. It's sadly reflective of our current situation in the US with our Hitler in Chief who has brought us into war and is destroying the world day by day. Ebert disliked the ending saying it was manipulative. Again, don't listen to his cynicism. The entire audience balled at the last scene. You will find yourself crying often, laughing hard and feeling like you just witnessed something magical. Bravo to all involved, including the breathtaking and story enhancing cinematography by Miahi Malaimare Jr.
