I have put over 130 hours into the game so far. It's a ton of fun. My favorite "modern" game of all time is Fallout: New Vegas. I like that game for the story-telling and decision-making. Those are not prevalent in F76. This is a survival mmo with rpg-like qualities such as taking on quests and character customization.
That being said, the game is extremely fun - especially with friends. There were some game-wrecking bugs which made me quit playing while Bethesda got their stuff together. But most of that has been fixed. While not perfect, it is a far more enjoyable experience than the launch. I hope that trend continues. It seems like they are committed to fixing these issues so I remain optimistic.
Please don't go into this game thinking the decisions will affect the outcome (like Fallout 3,4,NV). But it has a lot to offer that other Fallouts don't, like player interaction, character customization on-the-fly using perk cards, better crafting, co-op, player vending, etc. This game is super fun and I see myself playing it for hundreds more hours.
