This is a very tasteful lesbian movie. Watching a movie that depicts women in an empowering, centered, and pro-woman way is so refreshing. Every other movie casually includes heterosexual sex in the plot, so it was nice to see a representation of the lesbian community as well. This movie's love story and plot were unexpected and delivered a feel-good and witty tone. I wish there were more movies like this that speak to the growing population of evolving women and womanhood. This is definitely on my rewatch list!
