The anticipation was killing me. Especially due to the delayed release. I liked the movie but was underwhelmed overall. The mindless killing of the alien monsters or even their arrival on earth was something I never really understood. Except I guess if that was the motive all along, wipe out humanity. The ending was a bit of a let down as well. I just expected more after the first film left me wanting and waiting for more. I'm still waiting.
