Maybe you have to have read the books/play the game to like this show, but unfortunately, I have done neither and find this show to be extremely disjointed and confusing. The plot jumps all over the place and makes no sense, and the writing (in my opinion) is poor. I'm 3/4ths the way through episode three and still nothing makes sense, to the point where it has become extremely annoying. It isn't the worst show I've ever seen, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars, however, I'm about to give up on it and turn literally anything else on. People keep telling me, "Oh, it gets better by episode 8!" but I shouldn't have to wait for the 8th episode to figure out the plot of a show! It should be made clear after episode one. Honestly, this is just not good at all. If you're like me and have no familiarity with The Witcher, just watch something else.

I have no idea how this move got a 100% rating. It sounded boring from the description, but we decided to give it a chance - because, you know, 100% rating - and it was just as boring as we anticipated. Absolutely nothing happened the entire movie, and it was very slow paced. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for something to put you to sleep.
