Nuclear winter is my favorite game. Its the only thing that kept me on this game long enough for all the awesome content they released in adventure. It was great seeing what they added to adventure, and I'm exited to see what the future of nuclear winter holds. I really hope to see Bethesda go all out on this mode eventually. They may be presently suprised at the results. Hope they remove the gauss shotgun.. or balance it in some way. That would bring lots of players. I know people that tried NW a couple times, got thrashed by a gauss.. and never returned. Even for the dailies. I know people that straight up quit after hundreds of levels of NW. With a gauss shotgun, I can kill 20+ players with little effort and minimal aim... no armor, no damage perks, no damage chems, no bobbleheads or magazines. Thats just ridiculous and unfair, so I avoid using them when possible. Sadly the orange crates hand em out like candy.. Then you get the high level clowns, fully perked for it.. who use a gauss shotgun frequently, getting around 20 kills consistently... and think they're the best. There's a handful of true elites... and long list of try hards with strike packs, cronus, or modded controllers 😂
