Nepotism needs to be condemned in all fields.
Doctors,Lawyer, CA, Politicians, Teachers, Dancers, Civil Servants, Taxi drivers, Garage owners, Music artists etc.etc.etc.etc.
Why single out actors only?
Give them a chance, if they are good they will survive, otherwise they will fade away like many have.
